MP 5 REDO
I looked back on my original idea, which seemed boring and too basic, and changed it up a bit. I'm caught between 2 ideas. 1 is a website that I did with basic flash that was about a first week for a college student. I think I would like to use it and make it more functional and cleaner. It's supposed to be like a gag website. Mainly there to catch attention and entertain college kids.
My 2nd idea, which I think I will end up doing, is a lacrosse based project. Stringing a lacrosse head done in flash or catalyst, whichever is a better medium. I like the idea of going from main page, selecting which part of the strings you want to see, and have multiple steps for it. At the end you can loop back to the home page for a gallery or do a prev/next option to go to the other parts. I'd love to do this with small movie-clips but I feel that may get too bulky and slow everything. I might just resort to an image gallery, I haven't really decided yet.
